Kriss's passion is growth strategy and working with teams to enhance medical staff relationships. She has spent her entire professional career in healthcare. For the past 12 years, she has used the knowledge gained from clinical and business development work with organizations to support clients in strategy, program development and implementation. She is able to create the vision, but most importantly takes a hands-on approach.
Kriss's ability to script the message and bring sales training to life has earned her a reputation as a leader in physician relations training. A highly regarded healthcare speaker, Kriss frequently presents at national conferences and leadership/strategy retreats. She is the author of A Marketer’s Guide to Physician Relations from HealthLeaders Media and is also co-author of Physician Relations Today: A Model for Growth. Kriss and her family live outside St. Paul, MN in Hudson, WI.

Allison B. McCarthy, MBA
As a consultant, Allison focuses on providing valuable insights to her clients on physician relations and recruitment, medical practice development and tracking and reporting tools for results management. She has worked in healthcare for more than 20 years, first as an allied health professional and then moving into physician strategies leadership positions in both community and academic medical centers.
Also an experienced speaker, Allison presents at national and regional conferences and is a lead faculty member at the Physician Recruitment Intensive Training program provided by the American Academy of Medical Management (AAMM). She is the author of A Practice Development Primer and President of the New England Society for Healthcare Strategy. Allison and her husband Joe divide their time between Massachusetts and Florida.

Ann Maloley, MBA
Ann recently guided the marketing communications efforts for a premier academic medical center and was recognized by the corporate owner for developing an innovative marketing program. In addition, Ann led a team in developing the largest physician specialty outreach network in the region. These and other experiences have positioned her as a resource to others in the industry.
She has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare marketing strategy, physician relations and program development. Ann is often invited to speak on related topics and her ideas have been published in national healthcare publications. Ann currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at a private university and was the 2005 recipient of the Marketing Lifetime Achievement award, presented by her local American Marketing Association chapter. Nebraska is home base to Ann and her husband, with Chicago serving as a secondary residence.

David Zirkle, PhD
David's passion is using information-based approaches to improve decision-making and create business growth. He has worked as a healthcare market strategist for over 20 years. He helps organizations transform data and information into knowledge that is then distributed to the right people, at the right time, in the right format.
Past experience includes the full array of marketing disciplines- strategic planning, market research, brand development, service line planning, competitive analysis, CRM and sales management. Much of this is “hands-on” experience with one of the largest healthcare systems in the country. David is a past president of the Indiana Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations Society and has a PhD in Statistics from Oregon State University. David and his family live just outside of Indianapolis in Greenfield, IN.

Brenda Beukelman, MBA
Residing in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Brenda brings a 17-year healthcare career to the team, which includes a wide range of experiences with non-profit health systems. Her leadership roles in both marketing and human resources involved building the function and its teams from the ground up. She has enterprise-wide experience; working within hospitals, physician practices, and corporate divisions. She recently won an Emmy award for a surgery broadcast on the Internet.
Brenda holds a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing degree from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota.
